The first big System Center community event of the year is almost here. Adaptiva is proud to be a platinum sponsor of System Center Universe (SCU) in Irving, TX, on January 19th.

Come visit Adaptiva at our booth. Our experts will be on hand to answer your questions about content deployment management and techniques for reducing the time and complexity of deploying software and security updates across an enterprise.

The Hot Topics: Windows 10 and the New SCCM

There are two big topics we expect to resonate at the event this year and, not surprisingly, the first will be Microsoft’s launch of the new Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr).

Microsoft changed their engineering process so they could add new features and capabilities, and release them, faster than ever before. For ConfigMgr this means that IT professionals can expect the updates you used to get once every couple years, you’ll now be getting several times a year. This means you get more features sooner, but you also get the release management headaches that may come with them. SCU is the perfect place to learn all about the implications of this new more rapid release schedule, and discuss ways to reduce the infrastructure costs and administration effort that comes with it.

We also expect second main topic of conversation at the event to be Windows 10. Enterprise adoption of Windows 10 is the fastest we have seen for an operating system with Microsoft announcing that 73% of customers are already piloting the new OS. For IT directors and admins working with ConfigMgr, this event is an opportunity to carefully strategize and move forward in the smartest way possible. That’s why we encourage you to attend a breakout session from a System Center expert who has performed Windows OSD with ConfigMgr and SMS for over a decade:

Mastering Visibility and Control in the New SCCM and Windows 10 OSD, presented by Gary Walker, Director of Customer Experience, Adaptiva
